23-11-2024One of the wheel is not fully function. I am traveling out of the country on 6/4 and received my suitcase on 6/1. This is my first Delsey suitcase and I was so looking forward to it until I received it. EXTREMELY disappointed! How did quality inspection fail to see this, the wheel is not rotating, I was having a hard time moving it. RETURN IMMEDIATELY! SUCH A WASTE OF TIME! i am now hesitate to get another one….

> 3 dayI absolutely love this brand. The TSA lock makes me feel secure that my belongings won’t open during transport at the airport. The user manual made it very easy to set my passcode. It also came with a 10 year warranty. The four wheels makes hauling all the weight very easy in the airport.

> 3 dayI travel a lot for work and have been carrying Delsey for the last 10+ years. I wanted a bag that was unique so it wouldnt be confused with someone elses and also wanted Spinner wheels so I could roll it next to me instead of dragging it behind me. This is a beautiful design, very classy and well built. The larger one has zipper covers on both sides, which is very nice if you have to open it up at the counter, hiding the other side. Overall, Delsey is some of the best on the market and their customer service is top notch. I recently had to request a claim and it was honored without questions. Very pleased with the product and the company.

> 3 dayThis is a large suitcase that will most likely hold all you need to travel for two weeks. I did not raise the durability because I have not traveled with the bag yet and won’t for several months. It appears to be well-made has most of the bells and whistles anyone could want like the TSA lock, pockets inside, zippers for each side when the case is opened, and expandable. I love the pink color but purchased the brown because it was more consistent with showing fewer baggage handling marks. Previously I have purchased not so expensive luggage. Let’s hope the old adage you get what you pay for is true. Oh and I forgot it is lightweight for a molded piece of luggage. If I were going to purchase again I would most likely purchase a 24 inch. But if I travel in the winter months where I might need more clothing I couldn’t get it all in a 24 inch piece of luggage and I didn’t want to purchase two pieces of luggage. If you’re a savvy packer you could probably get by with the 24 inch. Happy traveling

> 3 dayI have always been a Samsonite user. I decided to upgrade to Delsey thinking it would be a better and finer piece of luggage. I wish I had not changed brands. The inside straps dont stretch, the zippers are difficult to close (the top and bottom parts of the suitcase must be perfectly aligned for the zippers to run easily). I sure hope that for the price I paid, this suitcase lasts many, many years.

Greater than one weekBarely survived a trip to Mexico. Came back battered and scratched even with a luggage cover. Very disappointed in the quality.
