> 3 dayI love the many uses for these. This pack is affordable and so easy to use. I have used them on toliets, drawers, closet doors, trash cans, you name it. Helps keep my lil guys fingers safe since he wants to open and touch everything within his reach!! Make sure to adequately wash areas before applying 3m product to get the best hold. I did not in a few areas and had to reapply them after cleaning like I should have in the first place. Closet door may have an easier solution than 3 of these but the way I arranged these my son definitely cant open it up but they are easy enough for me to quickly open when putting away his laundry. Worth the hassle to keep him safe while transitioning to a big boy toddler room!

Greater than one weekI have purchased 3 different brands of the child safety locks with the 3M adhesive. I can now say that they aren’t all created equal. The Wappa locks advertise that you can get 10 for the same price as everyone else sells 6. I think these are inferior. When setting them up, the initial process of locking the strap in place is almost impossible. I always need to ask my husband for help and he’s always convinced it won’t work just before he finally snaps it in place. Not that big of a deal since you only do this once. However, I’m also convinced that I can tell which are which once installed – I just feel like the Wappa ones aren’t as smooth to lock shut. I always push twice to make sure they are fully engaged. I don’t do this with the Wonderkid. They are basically all the same but now that I need a few more, I’m buying the Wonderkid for a second time. 18-11-2024Out of all the locks Ive gotten from Amazon these were the worst. They are great locks but the 3M tape was not nearly as sticky or strong as others Ive received. 3 of them came undone, the tape unstuck from the actual lock and stayed stuck to my dresser. So I replaced the tape with some replacement tape pads I had from a different companies locks. They work fine but they should use better tape. Im not sure if it was some knock off 3M tape or what but it just didnt hold up like the others I purchased did. If your looking for this type of locks Id go with a different brand. I have purchased at least 2 or 3 other ones that were all more sticky and better holding than these. It shows blue lettered 3M tape but what I got was gray and did not say pe foam on it. It did say 3M but who knows. They did come off easy when applying heat from a hairdryer to them tho so it wasnt too difficult to change. If you have extra 3M pe foam tape and get these and find they dont stick just switch out the tape and the locks themselves should be fine.

> 3 dayNeed to keep something closed but not sure how to manage that with a toddler that is into everything?! I bought a fancy toilet cover baby proofing thingy and found out that my toilet seat cover is too curved for that...smh. well s*)#...anyway, i bought these and i should have done that in the first place, trash can, bam on of these, toilet seat...yep on of these, cabinet, yep one of these and so on and so forth. I highly recommend, also probably would work great to keep cabinets and doors closed in a camper as well.

> 3 dayI havent use them in so many places or materials yet, but the one I used in bathroom has a really strong grip and even when the toilet seat, where I installed it, has an uneven surface and it only touches with small edges on the glue sides, its strong enough and sufficient enough and feels sturdy. Very satisfied with the outcome so far. The kids havent been able to pull it loose and it doesnt feel like it would come off easily. (The kids are 1y4m and have for example pulled off all the table corner protectors). I can give more info once I have installed it on more locations and see how these locks do on other surfaces and over time, but right now Im very satisfied with the product. It is a little slippery to open, as the plastic lever you have to slide is quite tiny, but nothing impossible and also you dont want it to be too easy as the kids will otherwise quickly learn to do so as well.
