I originally ordered this for their intended purpose which was to hang up lights on the roof, but ended up using these for everything! Hanging up lights: CHECK Hanging up garland: CHECK Hanging stockings: CHECK

They are a bit fiddly to use, and hold the wire not the actual light bulb socket. I struggled with them until I gave up trying to attach the sockets to the gutter and just the wire instead. The result was ok.

These work ok with gutters but not around the eaves. I have an enclosed gutter and these will not work there.

Husband says they worked great. More than enough clips for the front of our two story house.

Have very dark bronze gutters and wanted a clip that blended and didnt stand out like the clear and the white ones but the lower attachment circle is too rigid to squeeze the light string into. Im 66 and I stood on my tippy-toes clipping 30 clips onto the gutter only to figure out that the icicle light string wouldnt fit into the clip without a huge amount of brute force which broke a few before I gave up and removed them.

Too small to actually hold / clip on to the roof. One good wind and ours blew down.

These clips are thin but work perfet to hook o shingels on roof line. Clear so do not show up and mar light display. Can be used through spouting covers also.

Returned item. Was not what I needed for my lights. Was a nice set, just couldnt use.
