> 3 dayExactly as advertised. It is quiet, well-built, and delivers. The cables supplied are appreciated though they do not supply cables, 8800 or 1002, that split or join. I had to order them from Sweetwater.com. Not expensive, just another task before getting things setup right. In all, a really nice product and I definitely recommend.

> 3 dayWhat does it do well……just about everything! Plenty of power (amperage) on each of the 7 ports. 4 voltage choices on each of the 7 ports. However you already know all this if you have researched this power supply. My opinion for what it’s worth, if you need what it offers get it. If the price is a factor my next recommendation is the MXR ISO Mini, the 5 port one. MXR offers a 10 port version also. I liked the mini because it actually offered more power per port. Back to the Cioks DC7. I think it’s the best out there. I like the RCA connectors at the ports on the DC7. Much better holding and more stable with a solid electrical connection. It came with all the connectors I needed including a + center cable for my Radial loopbone pedal. As far as reliability…we shall see.

> 3 dayA few things I love about this. It supplies a lot of current to each outlet - enough that you could have seven power-hungry digital pedals if you wanted. You can switch the voltage of every outlet to whatever you need. It comes with a daisy chain cable, so you can power up to 9 pedals with it. It is very low profile, and can be attached easily to the bottom of a Pedaltrain board with a special clamp that they sell separately for about 25 bucks. Im not buying any other kind of supply these days.

> 3 dayGreatest power supply EVER! (In fairness, I think the Strymon Zuma is basically the same tech) I cant tell you how many pedals Ive either ruined or written off as garbage because I apparently didnt understand how electricity works. :). If you use pedals, 90% of noise issues are because of power. STOP WHAT YOURE DOING! Just buy one of the CIOKS units. The headaches that it will prevent or fix are worth its weight in gold. Not having to worry about extra noise or finding the right transformer is saving me so much time and energy... It is honestly the best piece of gear I own (after my guitar and Boomerang pedal). As for which CIOK model... Ive researched them all pretty well and the DC7 is the best overall unit. 600ma per output will handle almost anything. Unless you just have a bunch of analog pedals (dont require more than 100ma) or if you know your exact power needs, the DC7 will cover you for almost anything. Im a real boy, not a paid actor. Seriously, this Im not getting paid or work for them or anything.

> 3 dayI went from a One Spot daisy chain, to an inexpensive Joyo power supply, to the Cioks DC-7. its amazing how much cleaner my rig sounds. Little hums are gone and every port can run 9, 12, 15, or 18 volts. it has so much CLEAN power available.
