This dog bone looks good and I was going to use it to repair a surge protector, however when I cut into the wires I found out the Chinese color codes and the US are different. The wires are blue, pink, and green with a yellow stripe so being that I am not an electrician I will leave it at that.

I use this when I have the camper parked at home and just want to have a little shore power to it. The only problem with this is the keeper ring wont tighten on my Jayco camper. Its almost like its a different thread.

I bought this a couple years ago, its been in constant use since then, I bought it to convert my 50 Amp RV electric system to 30 Amps, and its worked great the whole time!

The plug works fine but if you read the label, the first item states not for Outdoor use, indoor use only. The advertising of this clearly shows it being used outside. I dont know where or when it could be used indoors. Even in the description it states that it is UV resistant, why would it need to say that if it was meant to be used indoors only

I use this adapter to hook up my camper to standard house power. NOTE: it is only a physical plug adapter. It will NOT allow you to pull 30 amps from a 15 amp outlet. In my case, I can run the refrigerator OR the air conditioner, but not both. Attempting to run both, causes the 20 amp breaker on that circuit in my house to pop.
