It is perfect in every way and has everything I wanted in a cross body, satchel, everything carrier. It seems to be very sturdy and good quality. The shoulder strap is comfortable and the pockets are great. I can fit my water bottle, lunch bag, purse, scarf, and jacket and the flap still closes at the velcro. It is exactly what I wanted and I might just get another in a different color.
