Classic Vintage Messenger Bag - Original Heavyweight Cotton Canvas Shoulder Bag with Upgraded Features

This bag is probably one of the best I’ve ever had. Being a mom, artist, and avid dungeons and dragons player I needed something I could tote a lot of stuff in. I highly recommend this bag.

I bought this for collecting plant materials on hikes. I needed something accessible for note books, field guides, collection bags, pens, etc. It is perfect; one large compartment and several smaller, readily accessible outside pockets. It is flexible, wraps around your body and very lightweight. Just what i needed!

Bought it for my daughter as a school bag and she loves it. It has withheld the test of time and still looks good. She has taken it on trips and besides some frayed edges everything is still intact. She also has pins in it so for anyone wondering pins work very well with this bag.

Its exactly what I needed. Front pockets are big and I can fit my laptop along with miscellaneous paperwork and still have room to spare.

Nice quality and very roomy. Only reason I deducted a star is because the bag doesn’t hold closed as neatly as the picture; it’s a bit more “free form” and less structured looking in reality. I do like the side pockets - which can hold a 20 oz soda bottle or reusable water bittle

I waited over a year and a half to write this review and used this bag nearly every day since then. It has been overloaded with binders, a laptop, and books; been tossed around the back of my car; been chewed on by a puppy; and been swung around while so stuffed I couldn’t get it to close and it still looks almost brand new when I take it out of the washer! Yes, it would be nice if it had a separate pouch inside for a laptop- but I just slide my laptop into a neoprene sleeve and go with it. The rings that connect the strap to the bag do twist when the bag is being used but that is more a matter of aesthetics than function.
