I am currently building up my shadowing hours and this makes a great Thank You gift for the staff who allowed you to shadow (and educated you). Have been buying these energy bars for a long time. Decided to try a few other bars. Just not the same. I liked the option of buying a random selection or buying a box of my favorite bar (chocolate chip).

I really like the taste and convenience of these protein bars. Theyre great to have, at work, when a regular breakfast isnt convenient. Apparently, other people like them, too, as Ive been on auto-ship, and it has been MONTHS, being out-of-stock. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! : (

There is a reason why Walmart wont sell these...It is just so good for u and is a very good survival food and good 4 workout b-4 or after a workout or if you just need se energy to hold you over until you eat a meal. 250 calaries. Easy to digest. Tastes Great.
