Greater than one weekI have found Clif bars to be one of the better bars in its category. Im allergic to tree nuts, so most protein bars would land me in the hospital. This strikes a good balance between a sugary granola bar and a protein bar. Ive keep a few in my work bag as meal replacement bars just in case. The price is always the sticking point. I buy when they are on sale. If you buy from other sources, I have found that the best by date is worth paying attention to. The bars tend to dry out if they are old stock.
