> 3 dayThis worked perfectly for me. I purchased a MERAX pulldown machine with standard (1 inch) weight bar. It came with an adapter to Olympic plates, but it meant I needed 2 spring clips: one for the 1”-2” adapter and one for the 2” plates. I used this as a semi-permanent collar. It holds the adapter and allows the Olympic weight to slide over. Perfect.
