smooth joints, light, smooth enough not to snag yet not likely to lose stitched due to too slippery needles. Some people might like slippery needles, I like them smooth & light which these are.

Best knitting needles

This size was very hard to find, so I was glad when I was able to purchase it online. I was knitting a shawl, (200 stitches) so the 48 was helpful to be able to count stitches and review the ongoing project. I would recommend this product when working with a project that requires more than 100 stitches.

Bought as I thought that they will be USA 6 which it is actually an European 4.25mm but they are actually 4mm

to do Moebius knitting (this style of knitting needs a very long circular needle). I like that the bamboo is not as super slippery as metal needles (they are about as slick as plastic ones, which I like). Ive also bought the size 6 in the same length, and plan on getting a couple more sizes of the long circular needles and one of the double pointed needle sets (which are great bargains, BTW).

These are fine for my purpose-creating a throw with thick chenille yarn

I have other sizes of Clover bamboo circular and straight needles. They are light wt., smooth wood and easy on the hands no matter how long I knit I am knitting. This particular size fit my need for my current project.
