Clover U-Cable Stitch Holders 6.5 Height x 2.1 Length x 0.5 Width

Perfect! I thought it might be tricky to use these but I liked them better than other options available for holding cable stitches. I knit off of them directly and stitch of most yarn types I used so far glide off them with no troubles at all. I prefer the U shape as it doesnt get in the way- the cable stitches are held on the curve and the needle can be left dangling in front/back of your work without getting in the way of the main needles. I slip on the stitches with the smaller end and use the longer end to knit them with. Its a great product and I love it.

I like this style of cable needle for certain cable patterns, but I wish they had a smaller size in the pack. I used it for fingerling weight gloves, and the smallest size was a bit too large. Most of these are for thicker yarns/needles, just bare that in mind. I also wish they made them just a little shorter, as with all cable needles, they tend to be on the long side, which is fine if you are doing large cables, but for less than 5 sts, you really dont need that much length.

These are ok but they are not pointy enough for a lot of yarns…not so easy to pick up stitches without splitting the yarn.

New to knitting and wanted to learn to make cable stitches. Im still quite awkward with manipulating the stitch holder and the regular needles; I have resorted to putting the cable stitches on a 3rd knitting needle and dropping it forward over my work to prevent stitch loss but I realize this is an operator not product problem and should cease to be a problem as my knitting skills improve.

These are much better than the old style long ones that clasp. These are easier to use and move around. I like that they come in 3 sizes for the different projects that I work on. They are smooth and easy to work with because theyre very light and not too long, just big enough for a cable.

I could have gotten these for a few dollars less at the local craft store, but with Covid, I try to go out as little as possible - these work great. They have a nice smooth finish and there was no problem with the stitches coming off the needles. Initially I thought the size of these (diameter - as thick and thin) would be a problem because they were not the same as the needle size I was using - but that didnt seem to make any difference. This was my first cable project and it was easy.

Swift delivery, arrived in perfect condition......all 3 packages! I dont really need 9 stitch holders, I would recommend the assembly staff open the one box to find out how many are inside. Thank you.

Maybe I’m just clumsy at cabling but I really love these. They make it a lot easier to slip stitches & not drop them & knitting them back on is a lot faster. I’ll never go back to using DPNs.
