> 3 dayI picked a few of these up after my dental hygienist recommended this to me. This has a little more texture than Dr. Tungs Smart Floss which I also really like. Its a bit more expensive than Dr. Tungs as well. However, Im a big fan. The texture grabs plaque, and food without fuss or getting stuck in between the teeth. It comes in different flavors and is gentle on the teeth. The brand and how its made is something I can always support too. I have tried this floss with my children when they ran out of their own and it worked just fine. Id recommend this floss to others.

> 3 dayI have been using this product religiously for several years now. In newer batches the product shreds more than it used it. The cost has also continued to rise - now $8.33 each. No discount for buying in bulk. Therefore, I am now looking for a replacement brand. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Can dental floss change your whole life?! I bought Cocofloss because of an ad on Facebook that said, Do you hate to floss? Why, yes, I do hate to floss! Its painful, annoying and the floss never seems to make much difference. Even though I have not fallen for a Facebook ad in seven years, I immediately ordered some. From the beginning I was in awe. It was pain-free and easily removed loads of gross stuff that I could not even believe was really stuck in my teeth. I waited until my dental cleaning a few days ago before making a final judgment. My hygienist said, There is hardly any plaque at all. Have you done anything different with your routine? I beamed and showed her the Cocofloss which I carry with me everywhere now. Its like an expanding floss but with some additional strong layer to make it non-shredding, and the coconut-oil-based wax keeps things in place. It is much more expensive than drugstore floss but on the plus side you can use much less product because its not slippery, even when wet. I have tried the mint and strawberry flavors so far. They are both mild and unobtrusive. My boyfriend also said hes totally hooked on this stuff and would not go back to any other floss, although he insisted on using unwaxed before. I have shared this wonderful product with other family members as well. This simple but genius product is going to make a big difference in our dental health in the years to come.

> 3 dayIve been a dental hygienist for over 12 years. I was looking for a replacement for the Reach Listerine Woven Floss and this fits the bill. I stock piled the Listerine floss when it was discontinued and ran out a month ago. When using regular thin waxed floss I had several areas that were chronically irritated even with daily flossing. After ortho treatment I have a combination of tight contacts and a few large contacts that impact food. After just 2 days of using cocofloss my gums felt significantly better and after a week they are completely healthy again. I have had zero trouble with it shredding even in super tight contacts but I am also used to thick floss. The mint flavor is extremely mild...I wouldnt mind if it was a little stronger. The packaging is super cute too...not that it matters but I do like pretty things.

> 3 dayI have used woven polyester floss for years with very good results, but the manufacturer has discontinued the product. I will not use the slick Teflon-based products, which are marginally effective. I stay away from the nylon-based products, which can abrade the gums too easily. This does not leave too many choices. My dentists hygienist is a big fan of Cocofloss, and recommended it last year. Based on its (rather exorbitant) price and some reports of fraying, I hesitated to purchase it. Now, I had little choice, and I purchased a 3-pack recently. Overall, I feel this is a very effective floss with excellent durability. [In years past, I tried samples of another woven floss product that tended to break and fray. I really do give dental floss a real workout.] The mint flavor also tastes quite refreshing. I feel the description ... lightly coated with microcrystalline wax is misleading. It is sufficiently wax-coated such that a 2 inch strand can be held vertically without flopping over. I find this somewhat annoying, because I am not a fan of wax-coated floss. Who knows? After I finish using my several month supply of this product, I may not mind it any more. BTW … I will mention again that the product is rather exorbitantly priced.

> 3 dayMy husband used the Johnson & Johnson weaved floss before they took it off the market. We heard lots of good things about this COCOFLOSS dental floss and decided to try it. The flavor is mild with mint but he didnt notice any coconuty flavor. The floss DID NOT shred when he used it. However, it did shred a couple times when I used it, but not always. Seemed to do the job that we wanted with flossing.
