Colgate Total Plaque Pro Release Whitening Toothpaste, 1 Pack, 3.0 Oz Tube

The active ingredient is only fluoride. It foams a little like hydrogen peroxide found in whitening toothpaste. And supposedly it can help sensitive teeth - but I think this is just regular toothpaste - I doubt it works against plaque any better than any other fluoride toothpaste with hydrogen peroxide. The problem is it’s in a really small tube so the value just isn’t there. I will say it’s nice and minty though - which I like. But I wouldn’t buy again. I’ll stick with the mouthwash that has an active ingredient specifically for plaque and tartar.

Used after using plaque remover machine and it feels like you just got teeth polished

After brushing for 2 minutes my teeth felt as clean as if I had gone to the dentist. Will be buying again.

Teeth felt smooth after first use

This is the first Colgate toothpaste that I have tried in at least 4 years, and Im very impressed. I normally use Crest Gum Detoxify, and I thought it did a good job cleaning my teeth - until I tried this Total Plaque Pro Release. I use an electric toothbrush, and I found that a small pea size amount of this toothpaste on the brush head is enough to achieve an excellent lather that turns into a foam-like consistency when it mixes with the moisture in my mouth. Being more foam-like allows it to work on the surface of my teeth while also getting between the teeth better than regular paste, so while it might not eliminate hard calcified dental plaque, it should help to prevent the formation of new plaque buildup. This toothpaste has a crisp minty flavor that leaves my mouth feeling fresh, and my teeth feel as clean as if Id just had them professionally cleaned, so Im sold on this!
