> 3 dayI’ve been using Command Picture Hanging Strips for 10-15 years now. I’ve seen them work well but unfortunately I’ve seen them fail miserably. I would recommend anyone using Command to (underlined): USE THEM LIBERALLY! Otherwise you risk damaging expensive frames and whatever is fragile below the hung art. The sad truth is that we have been sold a bill of goods about Command’s marketing wing. IF you assiduously clean the wall first and IF you overcompensate the number of strips by a factor of 2 or even 3, then maybe your art or photographs survive. If the Command strips have been on the wall for a few years, they decompose and stiffen in a way that is the opposite of the marketing claims. Their substance becomes brittle and will not merely stretch and be easily removed. Fair warning from one who has chipped frames and broken glass as a result of the limits of this technology.

> 3 dayThese work fine and are great if youre swapping frames out a lot. But these tabs have noticeable thickness and are visible from the side when used with frames. Its minor, but enough for me to opt for something else.

> 3 dayI have used these for over 2 years since we moved in to our newly renovated home. I was not about to start pounding nails into the new walls and these have been fantastic! I use them for everything from my large clock on the wall to my decorations and my precious family pictures! Not once have I ever had anything fall off the wall. I regularly change my wall hangings around and they are easily removed and have not damaged any wall surface. I needed to order extra just to have on hand!

> 3 dayI like to use these for wall decor because I hate patching holes-even small ones made by H-hooks. Also because I know I can rely on them to always work. Most of my decor is S-Army finds I fix up, so picture frames often don’t have hanging hardware. They also allow you to adhere things together that normally would be hard to adhere. Example: adhere a wood scroll to glass - without these, I couldn’t remove it twice a year togive the scroll and the glass a good clean.

> 3 dayMy mother has used these for years and I finally decided to get some myself. They are so much nicer to use than pounding a nail in the wall.

> 3 dayEver since I discovered these strips, I never have to nail anything to a wall again! They are easy to use and remove, this last time i had to completely reposition for frames and it was a breeze, the strips kept their adhesive crossing my fingers but everything is where I left it. I love command products, I have some for doors to hang decorative wreaths and some for the back of the door for bath robes and towels without issue.

> 3 dayThese are defective or something because the same brand from Costco have been holding many photo frames in various sizes and weights all over my house but last night a frame with 3 of this style velcro strips just gave out and my favorite new frame crashed down off the wall. Another small item used to hold charger cords to the side of furniture or a wall, also gave way and lost its sticking power. They just dont stick long enough.
