Greater than one weekBought this for family member, early teething makes it hard to find something little ones can control. Still a little uncoordinated with it in grasp but the only thing little guy will take other than his fingers. Have also tried the silicone Nuby (does not like texture) Tommee Tippee (looks like mouth guard and he gags) and Dr Browns transition teether (gags). The color is light blue, looks more royal blue on my monitor... Update one month later...-still the favorite! Can grasp easily with beginnings of hand to mouth coordination and the circle handle makes for easy chewing. Or grasping. Or more chewing. The only teether that he wont give up on and go back to those poor fingers! Buying another today!

> 3 dayThis item is great for teething, no doubt. Easy for baby to grip, lots of options for chewing. BUT, I introduced it at one month because my baby would not take a pacifier, but wanted something to suck on. He liked this because he could hold it (unlike a pacifier) and suck on it. I like that it is made from non toxic materials. Give it a try!

> 3 dayWe clip this on my baby whenever we are on the go. She now likes it very much at 6 months. At 4 months she wasn’t very interested. Great buy.

> 3 dayI wasnt sure about design but wanted to go for it because of the good reviews. I now have 2 (one to leave in the diaper bag) and my son absolutely loves it. At 4.5 months he was able to hold it and position it in his mouth, he absolutely loves it!

> 3 dayMy 4-month old seems to like this ok. When he was younger, he found it a little difficult to grab since the ring was smaller, and kept getting frustrated with the parts sticking out. He does way better with it now, but it isnt his first choice. He does end up poking his eye sometimes with it, but still seems to chew on it.

> 3 dayMy cat likes rubber/silicone things, so I bought him this to play with. Knowing it is for babies, I know its safe for the cat. He loves it.
