> 3 dayI’ve had this luggage set for 3+ years and it is still doing fantastic. I’ve taken numerous trips and flights, more than 50 times. While the luggage has shown some general wear and tear, it is still a great set and does not need replaced. For the price you cannot beat this luggage set.

> 3 dayI love the product and it’s going to work perfect for a family of four doing a two week trip. However, the picture of the apricot white - it appears the case itself is white and the edges are brown. So that is what I had expected when it had arrived so it would match another bag of mine. In the photo you can clearly tell the suitcase is in fact not white. It’s more of a khaki color. So that’s disappointing. Outside of that, so far so good. 5/23/23 updated from 3 to 5 stars (because of the costumer service from the company) The company was nice enough to reach out to me about the issue that I posted and was willing to refund a partial amount for the issues that I experienced. I was not expecting this by any means, they were very kind in the email response and I’d be happy to purchase from them again when the time comes.

> 3 dayI bought this luggage set of 3. The larger 28 luggage after about a yr. This is what had happened. But I contacted the customer service department and the went out of thier way to help fix my problem. As of right now they are replacing my luggage. And sending right out to me. I thank you very much for the understanding and concern. We all know that the airports beat up our luggage. But this buy is well worth the money and warranty. I will repost the new luggage when it comes in. Very happy with this product considering the bad zipper.. I added the original and then replacement.. Thank for the help.

07-06-2025Just got these yesterday so I am writing from that perspective, the locks are working for good me and they are looking great ! I hope the corners will not concave when we go on our next trip like others have noted. They look good quality, and the color from the picture was accurate as shown. Swivels 360 degrees. :)

> 3 dayThese bags have taken a beating. One even went down a gravel road for 2 miles and the wheels are still great. They’re scuffed and banged up now but they’ve been excellent bags. Happy to see they’re still for sale I may get my girlfriend a set too here soon.
