The bags are good as expected. I own another bags of this brand and they’re good. I had specifically selected for the box to be a generic Amazon box, however, so that the contents wouldn’t be visible, and still came home to it sitting in the hallway in my giant apartment building with the contents clearly visible on the side. Thank God, I came home early. Just wanted to mention this as a heads up to whoever else might need for the box to be more discreet. Bags great tho. No issues. All fit nicely into each other. Locks are good. The largest bag I will only use as storage here at home though, since I guarantee it will get crushed when checked but the medium and little guy are perfect. Edit: the smallest bag (“20 in”) is too large to take as carry on on Air Canada, Ryan Air, etc! I wanted to add this, because Air Canada WILL make you check the bag and charge like CAD$100! Also: the largest of the set: oversized for Air Canada, too. Was never gonna use it on my trip, but wanted to add it as a heads up to anyone considering this set wanting to fly Air Canada or some of the smaller European airlines

Updating my review bc of the excellent customer service I have received. I never do reviews but I did on this set bc the handle jammed on the large case after the first trip I took. I reached out to the company and they have been super helpful in troubleshooting trying to fix it then offering a refund. They have been very responsive and helpful. I would buy the same Set again.

Loved the fact that you have all 3 sizes. You could have a month long trip or a two day trip, and have a bag for either. Beautiful colors as well.

Love the suitcases themselves, the color is what threw me off. It said Champagne. It is more of a peachy color. I will still use them, I will definitely know which one is mine.

They look and feel great. I love the color too. They glide like butter and are build heavy duty but at the same time very light. The price is fair. Cant go wrong

I started a new job that involves a lot of travel, so I decided it was time to retire my 15 year old beat up suitcase that had the handle that jams and get something new. My requirements were simple, since I knew I’d be flying a lot I thought hard sided was important (no more soggy wet luggage after a flight in bad weather) and a bright color for ease of locating at the baggage claim area. This product meets those criteria so I have no complaints! I do think it’s worth noting one thing I did not consider when purchasing: this luggage opens from the middle and lays fully flat. That’s super convenient for packing and unpacking. HOWEVER, the hotel I’m at this week offers no drawer space for unpacking. (Hilton Garden Inn I’m looking at you!) This means I either lay my undergarments and folded clothes on the desk or leave them in the case. Since the case opens from the middle, that’s not an option. I would need to leave the case open completely on the floor as it will not sit on the luggage rack in the room and open up. It’s not a huge deal for me most of the time, but if you’re the type of traveler who doesn’t unpack it would be a deal breaker. Otherwise, the cases are nice and so far have held up to my first five weeks of traveling which have included 10 flights and 2 road-trips. They’re a little scuffed up but that’s to be expected. The royal blue doesn’t show the scuffs too much.

I never really purchased quality luggage and this was the best purchase I made. Very reliable, sturdy, and easy maneuver. Also, fits great in my closet as I can compact them inside each other.

Took the set to Philippines, Bali, and Canada. No issues whatsoever

Ive only used the carry-on so far, but they are lightweight and sturdy, simple spacious design on the inside. I got lime green and they are awesome!
