Coolife Luggage 3 Piece Set Suitcase with TSA lock spinner softshell 20in24in28in (Black.)

I loved this luggage set! What a great value! I traveled 20,000 miles in 20 days via land, seaand air. From Jacksonville, FL to California, Singapore, Silversea Cruise for 10 days, Vietnam, Hong Kong, then back home, and multiple trips since then including a hurricane evacuation. The luggage exceeded my expectations, is durable, attractive, (I got some cute leopard print luggage tags to match!), and the zippers and locks work well. The entire set looks as new today-December 2020 as shown, as it did when I bought it back in 2018. My sister bought another suitcase from another popular pricey manufacturer and paid 3 times as much for one (yes one) suitcase than I did for my entire set. She also bought Red. By the time we got to Singapore, her suitcase was soiled, scuffed and looked like it had been dragged cross country behind a car. We tried to wash it off, but stains wouldnt budge. My set, the Black with Tan trim, barely got a scuff and didnt show dirt. I wiped mine down with soap and water. My only wish, is that it had a handle or place to grab on the bottom or side to help with lifting. I highly recommend this set! It would make a great starter set for anyone. I traveled with 6 other people who had expensive luggage, and mine performed equally if not better. I only wish CoolLife would make a tote to match and I would buy it! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these!

Bought these for a cruise and a trip Im taking across the country this year. I am so pleased with the quality. The large suitcase is enormous. Well made and sturdy.

They’re very nice looking and maneuverable, BUT I just opened the suitcases and the zipper of the largest suitcase doesn’t work. :/ I went to open the first bag to take out the others and it wouldn’t finished unzipping all the way. Will have to return.

I purchased this set of luggage based on the Amazon reviews and that someone from customer support usually got involved and answered question. The fact that someone from customer support got involved told me that they cared about their product and wanted satisfied customers. So far I have unpacked packed the luggage and have given it the once over and the quality seems to be good. The one thing that I was surprised about is that there is no handle on the bottom to help with lifting. Being a Limo driver and lifting many pieces of luggage; having a handle on the bottom helps tremendously. The fact that this luggage does not have a bottom handle is why I rated it a 4 star. I purchased this luggage set for my upcoming trip to Australia in January. So that will be a test to see how it holds up and I will report back after my trip with an update. In the meantime I like the fact that it is two toned so that it can easily be identified when coming out on the baggage claim carousel. I also like that each piece fits inside each of the bigger pieces for storage.

This set of luggage is both elegant and sturdy. They pack well and hold up well. Roll very smoothly. My only complaint would be the pocket in the inside lid of each piece is not the full size but only coves about 2/3 of the lid

I love how deep the inside of it is, lots of room to pack more. All 3 are perfect size. Love the color! The swivel/spinner wheels are amazing! Havent used it yet, but soon.

Love this set. Easy to locate. Could use an upgrade of the wheels but love it. Shows no plane baggage marks

3/15/23 Update: Although the luggage didn’t survive the 6000 mile journey back, the customer service is amazing. They reached out and were able to provide a solution that works well to get me ready for my next trip. It is wonderful to see a company stand behind their products and really fix the situation. I waited to write this review until I used the luggage. The luggage is beautiful and the wheels seemed to work well in the beginning. I didn’t use the TSA lock feature. The luggage handled well on a 6000 mile trip overseas with three layovers under the plane. It did not handle well on the return. The two larger luggages were checked in and the smallest I used as a carry one. The wheel on the small luggage shredded with less than 30 minutes of use moving between gates. When I claimed the larger luggage, it had split at the seams in the top right. Because of the damage to the luggage, a few of my souvenirs were broken. I would recommend purchasing for one time use if you bubble wrap every souvenir and avoid packing liquids, but I cannot currently use this luggage set. Purchase with caution.

Love this luggage! Took a trip to Mexico and worked great!
