This luggage is such a great deal. It’s light weight and easy to maneuver and busy airports. However, the very first time we used the luggage last week zipper on the largest piece of luggage broke while we were out on vacation. So disappointed and of course it’s too late for me to exchange it.

This set of luggage is both elegant and sturdy. They pack well and hold up well. Roll very smoothly. My only complaint would be the pocket in the inside lid of each piece is not the full size but only coves about 2/3 of the lid

I bought my blue version back in 2019 for overseas trip and the suitcase was a champ. So i bought anothet one with black color for my mom for her trip returning to her home country, but the handle broke off. Very disappointing because i couldnt return it since she needed it for the next day trip. I think the black color is cheap made

Nice sturdy luggage and it looks great. The only thing is it just tears/snags easily.

These suitcases are beautiful, convenient, ergonomic, and durable. The cream colored areas got dirty after the first use, but cleaned up easily with a magic eraser.

Less than two round trip flights in, the handle snapped off when lightly loaded (clothing, towels, and three books (roughly 80 pages each). Update: A few months after posting my original comment, the seller reached out to me offering a partial refund of $50 (roughly 33% off) as an apology for the trouble. The reason I changed my review from 1/5 to 4/5 is because the seller initiated contact with me without this offer without me having to do anything on my part. This suggests that the seller does keep track of their customers experiences and attempt to make things right. The reason for not providing a 5/5 is because the product still broke after less than two round trips flights under a light load, and I am not able to purchase a stand alone back to replace the broken one.
