I bought this set for a trip, and, as I was heading out to the car to leave, I tried to pop the handle out on the middle size, and it would not budge. It appears that the button is either stuck, or something else is broken in the mechanism, but I couldnt get it open no matter how hard I tried. (keep in mind that this is the first time I used anything from the set. So, I checked the large one, and it would open, so I had to quickly move all my luggage over and then rush out since I had lost some time dealing with it. Overall, the luggage seems nice. The features are exactly what I expected, and it looks really nice. However, if a handle breaks before I even have a chance to use it, it does not give me confidence about the longevity of the luggage, especially with only a 2-year warranty. I am going to return it and get a higher quality brand for the piece of mind. You get what you pay for, I guess.

I purchases all 3 sizes when the package went on sale...I went on a 18 day trip Europe, it consisted of 5 flights (checked bag for all of them), multiple train rides, and walks on cobblestone streets, and the medium sized luggage held up pretty well. Im planning to take it on more trips and still need to test the other two. Im pretty happy with my purchase!

I ordered this luggage set for a recent trip. After several plane transfers and a lot of rolling at the airport, on pavement and inside the home, it held up beautifully! The wheels rolled so smoothly and made the pieces so maneuverable. I also love the TSA locks. I don’t have to worry about my locks being cut off for inspection and left unsecured.

BEING A SENIOR MUCH EASIER TO NAVIGATE

I purchased this luggage set for myself and my wife prior to a two week trip to Italy. I usually use soft sided luggage, but they just dont hold up well to airline handling. I have to say this hard sided luggage came through 4 flights, and 6 hotel changes perfectly. There is a surprisingly large amount of room in the 28inch suitcase. I was able to get 2 weeks worth of clothes no problem. I highly recommend this product.

These suitcases are good quality and a good price. But if youre trying to make the most of your travel, check the sizes. The small size is smaller than the maximum size for carry-on, and the medium is too large. Also, only the large suitcase expands, not the two smaller sizes. Overall good suitcases just check before you buy, I wish I had.

Great for packing stuff in you do not need access to until you arrive. Miss the pockets that were available on the outside of my previous carry on, but took a small leather carry on to compensate. Still too new to voice an opinion on durability of material used, but it looks great and is light weight yet well built. Im impressed so far.

They turn on a dime. So light

First off, this luggage is beautiful!! The wine/purple is true to the images on the sell page, and it is gorgeous in person. I find the three sizes to be perfect. I’m a heavy packer (the type that packs for every possible occasion), and I had room for pretty much everything. After filling all three suitcases I wound up having to choose between a few last odds and ends, but I’m thinking, for the average packer these will have plenty of space. I love the separate compartments (please see photos), especially because they can be zipped and secured to help keep things in place. The TSA lock is an added bonus as well. It is user friendly, and makes me feel a bit more secure when leaving my luggage in hotel rooms. In addition, I find the luggage to be very sturdy. I do have to mention I haven’t taken them through an airport yet, but they’ve gotten tossed into the backs of cars and carts and they’re holding up beautifully. Also, as I mentioned, I packed them to the point where I had to sit on them to close them, and the zippers are just fine. Very happy with this luggage so far.
