Pretty disappointing that the luggage broke on the first trip that I used it (medium size). It rolls well enough, but the roller itself broke when Id gotten it back from baggage claim after the first use. Edit- 2/7/23 Customer service responded to warranty claim quickly although they attempted to buy a 4/5 star review for 50$ and stated, If you are satisfied with our service, could you please help me to delete or update the review to 4/5 stars... Upon your deletion or update, well issue it right away. This communication infers that they require a better review to honor warranty. Since having received the replacement luggage rather than taking any money that was offered, Coolife has continually called/emailed to request me to update my review to 4/5 stars. I would highly recommend AGAINST buying this product if harassing a customer is the way they go about their service. 2/5 stars because the company does honor their warranty but reviews of their products can be bought/coerced by their service team.

Beautiful and secure luggage. We have not left for our trip yet so I didn’t want to give 5 stars in case it doesn’t survive the trip or something unforeseen happens.. The wheels roll really smooth, zippers seem very durable, the locking mechanism isn’t the most secure since it’s really easy to reset the 3 digit passcode but still a really nice set. Going to Hawaii for a week, fingers crossed all goes well!

I love the color and ease in which this luggage moved. The only thing I would recommend is that the sides were not as sturdy when the suitcase was open & I needed to move it. I couldnt get it to stay rigid unless I closed it. So in the Hotel, moving from the bed to a couch was a little frustrating because I couldnt just pick it up and swing to a new location.

Great for packing stuff in you do not need access to until you arrive. Miss the pockets that were available on the outside of my previous carry on, but took a small leather carry on to compensate. Still too new to voice an opinion on durability of material used, but it looks great and is light weight yet well built. Im impressed so far.

Nice set of luggage for the money. Moves around nicely.

The 2 smaller ones don’t expand very disappointed in that fact

Ordered 3 pc luggage set for daughters birthday. I was given a dlvy date from get go and tracking number. Item shipped from CA to KY to CT to PA & then nothing for a couple of days. I checked update and it said item was given a new tracking number which did work. I called Amazon for fear I would not receive item on time and/or not at all. They were great as usual and gave me a refund so I could reorder item. My new item came in on time and luggage was great. Meanwhile, the original item arrived on my doorstep and box looked like a train ran over it with numerous holes in box, crushed sides etc. I didnt bother to open and returned it a UPS. Horrible experience with delivery and item did not seem to be well packaged by seller. My new order was delivered on time, box was in so-so shape (could be packaged better), luggage is great looking, seems to be well made and my daughter loves it!

Quality set. Used recently and was not scuffed up by airline. I was impressed
