Great for packing stuff in you do not need access to until you arrive. Miss the pockets that were available on the outside of my previous carry on, but took a small leather carry on to compensate. Still too new to voice an opinion on durability of material used, but it looks great and is light weight yet well built. Im impressed so far.

Bought these for a recent cruise and Ive NEVER had zippered compartments before. What have I been missing all these years weve been travelling?! Were getting ready to fly this coming weekend and having the zippered compartment to separate shoes from clothes is a bonus. The quality of the suitcase sturdy. Looking at buying another set in a different color.

We purchased this luggage set for a trip to the UK. It was great, except that one of the wheels broke off this first leg of the trip. I know that there is a warranty for the luggage, so I contacted Coolife through Amazon to rectify the situation. They were responsive and unfortunately could not offer a replacement wheel, so they have told me that they are sending a new piece of luggage to replace the one that got damaged.

Left the look on the preset mode. First time and only time using piece of luggage. We arrived at our destination went to unpack and lock was jamed could not get into the large piece of luggage. The combination was still in same setting had to pry open lock yes it left damage.

I will be reviewing this once I actually travel but my first thought when I saw the package was that it looked small. A 28’’ bag could not be inside. Once I opened it the box got even smaller. Had to measure the biggest one and yeap, not a 28’’ bag. More like a 26’’. The medium one looks like a bigger carry on. Was disappointed on this as I travel a lot a need my big suit cases. I have others 28’’ to compare these with. Not sure if I will return or keep at the moment. I need them but I was under the impression that these were bigger than they really are. Great prize tho! To good to be true I guess.

I have officially crossed over from softsided luggage to hardsided and this new purchase confirms that decision. Hardsided bags are more durable, waterproof, stand upright without falling over and, while they do get scratched, they don’t rip and unravel, get stained or soak up water. After traveling internationally with the large bag I am happy with the space, weight and durability thus far. When compared to my favorite Tumi bag of the same size, this large Coolife bag is 7 lbs lighter which is significant when it comes to packing for a trip long enough to need a large bag. Only the large bag expands which is a big disappointment. I like for carry-on bags to expand because I can carry it on when I depart for a trip, purchase items on my trip and expand the bag for the new items and then check it for my return flight. Generally the flexibility of an expanded bag is better for all sizes. If I could do it again I would have purchased a set in which all 3 bags expanded.

We replaced an old set of luggage with this. Liked the way it looked and handles well, almost too well. The wheels are very smooth and a couple of times the luggage almost got away from me. Lots of room, the 3 different sizes are great. The price was good for a 3 piece set. Overall Im happy with our purchase/

I purchased the above suitcase set on March 26, 2023 for an international trip. The information on the website said the medium size suite case qualified as carry on for international flights. During boarding on April12 it was determined that the medium size suitcase from this group did not qualify to be carried on. I was required to check the suitcase. Of course I was required to check the suitcase on my return flight on April 26. The total costs to check this suitcase was $335.59. Request corrective action.
