Its perfect for picking up marker when it runs slightly outside the line or when u want the color to fade out for shading purposes, or for blending out color pencils. Its a must have for any colorist imo.

The marker seemed a little dried and kind of leaked alot in its cap...

I am just learning to use alcohol markers and the colorless blender has been awesome for color bleed over, pattern making with the blender and more. Would I recommend this to family and friends? I dont know. I have been using a different brand of alcohol markers and the colorless blender works fine with them, I am getting ready to buy another brand of markers that are very much like the Copic markers but well, at about ¼ of the price and they have their own colorless blender pen. I will keep using the Copic colorless blender pen with the small set of markers I have now. If you really want to see the pen in action hop on over to youtube and there are tons of videos showing you how really versatile this pen is in world of alcohol markers. I purchased this to go with my Spectrum Noir pens and also some Bic markers that are alcohol markers but the Spectrum Noir is tops in my book and you can even buy brush nips for them now! I know Amazon sells them as well as a website named paperwishes dot com

Its a very bright and beautiful color! The only thing that got me was that the marker appeared to have been used before because there was a little blotch of ink on the cap. But other then that its a great marker!
