The vacuum is light weight and easy to use. Suction is very good. Easy to empty.

EDIT TO PREVIOUS REVIEW: Manufacturer did reach out to me and sent me a replacement. The replacement did correct my issues and works MUCH better! The customer service was great and they solved my problems I had with this product. I have changed my rating from a 2 to a 5 due to the awesome way they handled my issues! I shouldve listened to other reviews. The suction is terrible. It stinks like cigarettes! As for the suction, Ive tried the tips from the manufacturer and it still isnt good. It is only good for the lightest of dust bunnies. Only pro is that it is easy to clean, but washing the filter does NOT help the suction. Lesson learned to not go cheap! Spend the extra money and go with a trusted name brand!! At least I can use it for the soft dust bunnies in the corners

The first vacuum did not work like I wanted. When the manufacturers saw my initial rating the wanted to make it right. They sent my an updated model that works well. In fact we have used it many times. More importantly for me was the concern the manufacturers have shown to make it right. I have been very impressed with their willingness to address my concerns. They are top notch!

I purchased the vacuum almost a year ago and after 5 months of use, it wont hold a charge. I will charge it and can only use it for seconds at a time. It will turn on and off within a matter of seconds. I guess you get what you pay for. 3/21: The seller reached out to me after posting my initial review. They offered to send me an upgraded product at no charge or offered a refund. I decided to take the product. The new vacuum has a stronger suction and works really well with picking up debris. I really appreciate the seller’s effort with making the situation right and am very happy. I will definitely recommend and purchase again.

Good little handheld vacuum. We use it for small tasks, garage, car, etc. Great Quality, price! We did not like the long press to power on and off but once accustomed it is fine. We recommend this purchase!

I needed a new light weight handheld portable vacuum clearer to replace big bulky one I have had for 30 years. After searching the different brands I pick this one. Glad I did. This light weight machine works great. Has same suction as my sweeper in a handheld. Picks up everything in my vehicles including cat hair. I wish I had bought this sooner. Recharges fast and holds good long charge. I can clean two vehicles out on one charge. Im finding Im using this all over the house. The steps, small particles from my 3D printer, works great. The on/off button is easy to bump while using it but after you use it some, you learn to not bump it. Some complain about it on this model but I dont find it an issue. I would buy one again.

And I changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. and now recommend this model and company. first review. y’know i got this thing for one purpose, but the sucking power dose not live to expectations, it gets the job done but not quick enough but i’m overall happy about it
