Worked well for about a month and abruptly stopped. It no longer can turn on. Contacted the manufacturer, no response. Since it has passed 1 month, I can not return it on Amazon either. Extremely disappointed. Update - the manufacturer/seller replied and agreed to send a replacement. I appreciate that. I have not received it yet, but hopefully the replacement will provide a better experience. Update on Feb 17, 2023 - the manufacturer/seller sent the replacement promptly. The new vacuum has been working without any issue now for over 3 months.

Nice little mini-vacuum. Has good suction and can reach tight spaces. Easy to empty and clean. I didn’t bother to install the wall mount for the charger, so that’s a little annoying (but definitely on me… I’m sure if it were on my wall it would be easier to charge). Also, this vac is much quieter than the last handheld I had. Big plus since I’m usually using it around babies and dogs who spook easily. Would highly recommend!

As soon as I receive it, this vacuum was able to suction thing. You will need a drill to mount the charging harness and place it near an outlet. Vacuum works for about 20 minutes then the battery indicator turns red. Accessories are useful, but sometimes they prevent the tool from picking up properly. Easy to clean out and store.

EDIT TO PREVIOUS REVIEW: Manufacturer did reach out to me and sent me a replacement. The replacement did correct my issues and works MUCH better! The customer service was great and they solved my problems I had with this product. I have changed my rating from a 2 to a 5 due to the awesome way they handled my issues! I shouldve listened to other reviews. The suction is terrible. It stinks like cigarettes! As for the suction, Ive tried the tips from the manufacturer and it still isnt good. It is only good for the lightest of dust bunnies. Only pro is that it is easy to clean, but washing the filter does NOT help the suction. Lesson learned to not go cheap! Spend the extra money and go with a trusted name brand!! At least I can use it for the soft dust bunnies in the corners

The battery life on the vacuum is very good, and the overall vacuum is very light. However, to get it to pick up anything, you have to hold it at just the right angle. The suction also isnt very good. I was trying to save us from needing to take the upright vacuum up and down our stairs when needing to vacuum them, but that has not proved to be feasible. Edited for update: The company contacted me in response to my review and sent us a new, more powerful version of the vacuum. The suction is much better, and there are multiple levels of suction power. It charged quickly and was able to suction things off the floor without an attachment. Im sure the attachments will increase its ability as they focus the suction. It is still light and easy to handle, which is one of the things I was looking for as my daughters chore is vacuuming the steps. This company has excellent customer service!

I needed a new light weight handheld portable vacuum clearer to replace big bulky one I have had for 30 years. After searching the different brands I pick this one. Glad I did. This light weight machine works great. Has same suction as my sweeper in a handheld. Picks up everything in my vehicles including cat hair. I wish I had bought this sooner. Recharges fast and holds good long charge. I can clean two vehicles out on one charge. Im finding Im using this all over the house. The steps, small particles from my 3D printer, works great. The on/off button is easy to bump while using it but after you use it some, you learn to not bump it. Some complain about it on this model but I dont find it an issue. I would buy one again.

Great for household pick ups and also for the car… it runs quiet and easy to maintain.

Overall its better than the other one I had made my car look really good. Even my non verbal son noticed when I picked kids up from school cause he started putting the floor soon as he got in (my car had been a mess ) !!! I just did my stairs to and it got those pretty good

Ive been sent the latest version and it is much better than the one I was sent earlier. Suction power is much better and the battery life is good enough for everyday things in the home. The accessories do help is reaching dirt in different places. I recommend this as a good vacuum for a budget price.

I had this for a short period of time and used maybe 8 times! Charged never held up at all! Had to hold down the start button whole time using, checked yesterday, to return but that window closed in October! So I threw in trash and went back to order my Black and Decker that has never let me down! Hate throwing money in the trash!! After contacting them they made food refunded me, and I appreciated that!!! So they did follow up and care
