Greater than one weekI got the vacuum today and after the first job I am satisfied with my purchase, but of course there are things to consider when purchasing this vacuum. Pros: light weight, the body is flexible against the base, picks up everything on hard wood, the battery life is great for a 3 bed 2 bath house 1200 square foot with charge still left on eco mode, picked up car litter off hard wood flooring, the hand held device did a great job on the couch and with my youngsters booster seat, it was easy to put together, the device was not overly noisy because usually my cat and toddler run from the vacuum and they didnt Cons: to empty the canister you have to go through a filter and another piece. The filter and the other piece are difficult to align sometimes, but it looks easy to clean the filter and everything. And also kinda a con but a pro as well cause it did remove most debris. I have one bigger area rug and I was not able to go forward because it wouldnt roll. But the device did a good job going back ward and me softly dragging it. Overall the pros outweigh the cons and I think its a great vacuum and purchase.

> 3 dayEdit 2: Vacuum number two is still working so far. However I wish the company would have included a little brush to use to get inside the cyclone tube for cleaning. It gets clogged very easily and I have to jam my fingers inside of it to remove the pet hair that coils up inside. Reassembling after cleaning it is a trick too. All pieces have to be completely aligned or it wont snap together properly. This is my second vacuum. The first one quit working after about 3 weeks. It would not hold a charge. So it went back and the company sent me a replacement. Customer service was very prompt and helpful. Hoping this one works! Works right out of the box. The device was really easy to set up and use. Easy to navigate too. Emptying the cannister is a little weird, I couldnt get the filter to align again after I emptied it out but I finally got it back together. I bought this so we would have an extra vac for upstairs and it works well enough. Not as powerful as my regular vac but its got enough suction to do the job. I also purchased this so we have a hand held vac for our cars. Havent tried it yet but I think it will work just fine. Overall, quite good value for the price!!

Greater than one weekThe vacuum is lightweight and is pretty powerful for its size. The design allows it to get into tight spaces and to stand on its own. Charging stand is very convenient. Charges fast and has enough battery capacity for a 2-be apartment. I bought 2 of these about the same time 18 month ago. One is still working fine. The other stopped charging, but the company replaced it in less than 2 weeks once I called their customer service. That’s the way to do business and to get loyal customers!

> 3 dayEverytime I use this, it spits our what it picks up. Then if I try to use the small detachable, it spits out everything that was in it. What a mess!

Greater than one weekWe visited a friend for a few days and she showed us the vacuum that she was using. Her daughter had recommended it to her. It was very lightweight, easy to move around, and no cord to trip over. We then went home and bought one for ourselves. It is amazing!! I cant believe we used our old clunky vacuum for so long! The new vacuum is very lightweight, and all the pieces snap together in a very easy and logical way. The suction compartment can even be popped off and used as a hand piece all by itself!! This product is a dream! I love cleaning my floors now, its not a hassle and is actually fun to get it done so fast. It has a very simple charging station, easy to plug in and take out. I plan on recommending this to everyone, especially a great gift for newlyweds. I find the price very fair. (I saw some other vacuums included steam or wet clean function, but I think trying to cram so many functions into one piece will just make it riskier to breakdown or have a malfunction.) I still like to use my Swiffer to do a wet clean once a week, especially in the bathroom and kitchen, and then after it dries, use the Roomie Vacuum. Just like my friend, I can now vacuum everyday if I want, as there is no longer the hassle to pull out the old vacuum with a huge canister, and no cord to trip over.

> 3 dayIve had this vacuum for over a year and have been very happy with it for quick clean up. The battery life allows me to vacuum almost my 2400 square foot house. I do have to empty the canister several times as I have a dog and two cats that shed alot. I have all hardwood floors but a few floor rugs that you can switch to high volume, and it does well. The battery has to work harder when using the high volume, so it doesnt last as long but still does a good job. Charges fast. The customer service was great. The roller and suction part quit working (only on the stick part, the handheld worked fine) so I contacted support to see if that part could be replaced. The answered my call first time, took all my information and was told the problem would be sent to their service department. The next week, they returned my call and said they would be sending out a new unit. This was even a few months after their one-year warranty had expired. I received a whole new unit a week later. I am extremely impressed with their service and happy with the vacuum.

> 3 dayI have had 3 similar units (Anker, Eufy, Dirt Devil) and one Oreck which was much more expensive. None of these last too long (IMO) and 2 years is when most start to have issues. This one is ahead of the pack because replacement parts are available direct at a reasonable price. That is a big plus. The big news is, the suction and brush roller are a vast improvement over other brands and the filter is made of reusable foam, not folded paper at rediculous prices. This picks up what others do not and the headlight is a great feature for seeing what is in the floor clearly. Only time will tell how it holds up but it seems to be much more substantial than similar models from the past by other brand names (awe know that brands are really a marketing gimmick since Chinese made products are all made my government owned facilities, not independent companies. The Anker and Eufy were IDENTICAL). They are really all the same brand with different labels and price points. It doesn’t matter in the end because they are competitively priced products that offer true value and are always being updated. This vacuum is a great deal at $87. I was considering getting the Shark or the Hoover Battery Uprights this time, when I saw this. I’m glad I purchased it. It’s a solid value. And for light pick up after a parrot, just perfect. For big jobs, get a plug in.

> 3 day*UPDATE 2.0 BELOW* I LOVED it when I first got it, now I just like it. The versatility of a handheld and a cordless upright vacuum is great, but I think that takes away from its suction power. It wont even do a good job of picking up a small piece of dog kibble off the floor. Also, hair and what not gets totally wrapped around the brush barrel and it took me almost an hour just to figure out how to take it apart to clean it. I dont think the instructions I ended up finding were for the vacuum but it helped more than the actual manual that came with the vacuum. Taking it apart to empty the canister is also a little much as the filter doesnt always come out and go back easily and things do get stuck and clogged that are hard to pull out with all the pieces and parts. The battery life is great though and I love how it swivels pretty well on hardwood. The rubber bumpers are a bit annoying though as it makes it hard to go along the wall without it constantly catching. UPDATE: This product just keeps getting worse and worse. It hardly even sucks anything up anymore and all the rubber parts on it are becoming detached. Ive taken it apart several times now to un tangle hair around the brush and it still doesnt help. UPDATE 2.0: This company is actually super awesome. They were very responsive and super helpful and obviously stand behind their product. After realizing the vacuum came with a warranty, I got in touch with them and tried fixing the issues I was having with it. After being unable to resolve the problems, they sent me a message saying that they were going to send me a completely brand new replacement. Gotta respect customer service like that. A+
