This is a great vacuum! Love all of the attachments that came with it. Does a great job picking up all of the dirt!

Great light vacuum— unfortunately I had a problem just pass the 30 day return option so I contacted the company and sent a video of my issue and they responded quickly and sent me a new replacement that same week— there was no arguing or anything and just a hassle free process— I give customer service two thumbs up

Pros- I love the compact design and how easy this product is to move from one room to another without being so bulky. Battery wasn’t a problem for me at all. Could clean my whole house at least 2 times before battery dying. House is about 1,700 square ft. Cons- When shutting off the vacuum, everything seems to come right back down the hose/shaft and leaves a pile on my floor that I then have to vacuum up with my older bulky vacuum. Doesn’t pick up anything the size of a mini m&m or bigger. (At least mine has not). Clogs VERY fast. I seem to have to clean the canister before I’m able to finish vacuuming. We have one dog that is hypoallergenic and doesn’t shed so no hair is being picked up excessively. After two months of this I’ve gone back to my corded bulky vacuum, first time using it since getting this product and the canister was so dirty. Making me wonder how much this product left behind. I vacuum daily and we have a very clean home so I don’t know how well this would do with a home that has heavy traffic or not vacuumed daily. I would not buy this again. If I was still in my return window I’d be shipping it back.

We bought 2 vacuums 1 year ago on Amazon. One for our home one for our 5th wheel. We loved them, but the one at our house got dropped and broke. This one seems much better for the same price. So far we are really happy.

UPDATE: This product is pretty good for the price. It does the job, not superior to other vacuums but at this price point I can sat that it does a decent job. HOWEVER...The customer service is great! They reached out to me wanting me to be satisfied with my purchase and they sent me a brand new unit. I appreciate a company that cares about its customers. I would buy again if for nothing else than they treated me well. Pretty decent vacuum but takes forever to charge and dies after about 45 min of use. Also, after about a months worth of use it seems to be making a loud rattling sound as if some metal or a screw has been sucked up and is rattling around in the head of the unit but...I completely disassembled it and theres nothing in it, so something mustve just come loose. Too late to send back tho. Sucks up pretty well but the noise has gotten aggravating and the battery dies entirely too quickly.

The product arrived on time in secure packaging. Very easy to put together and charged quickly. Pleased with suction and lightweight. Only drawback I found was the extension a little short.

This works amazingly well. I have 8 cats so tons of pet hair. This cleans up the hair, the little specks on the floor, and everything else. I also have used the attachments in my car and love them. It’s also not too heavy, my 4 year old is able to help vacuum. However it dies very fast. If I’m doing a whole house clean it usually dies halfway through.

This vacuum is awesome. It’s light and powerful. Battery lasts a decent amount of time. The dirt container fills up pretty quickly but I don’t mind because overall it’s the best vacuum I’ve ever owned.

I love this vacuum! It’s perfect for my small space and it’s supper easy to clean . The battery life is pretty good on it too!

It does a good job but the brand I had prior way much better. This only has 2 power settings as the other had 3. It’s ok and I’m sure if I didn’t have a better one prior then it would be better.
