I purchased this vacuum in October of 2022. It worked great at first, but I vacuum downstairs daily. The product came with a filter or two, but they became fully saturated with dust, and I was unable to clean them. I tried to order new filters on multiple occasions, but they were never available. I wrote email after email asking either for new filters or the specs of the filter, so I could purchase one of the same dimensions elsewhere. Every response asked me to wait longer and longer. They told me there were no other filters that would fit the vacuum. At one point, they sent me back about 1/4 of the purchase price as a sort of apology. Although it was appreciated, the vacuum has lost almost all of its suction. I’ve turned to sweeping, which is much harder on my back, and with back problems, it’s not sustainable. If not for Voweek’s inventory problems, the vacuum would probably be working just fine, but now dust and particles are lodged into so many places, that a good seal is impossible, and dust flies around when I use it. My and my children’s allergies only get worse when I use it. I’d love to leave 5 stars because for a few months, I loved the machine. Now, it’s broken and just sitting in my closet. I can’t afford a new one, which is why I tried to take good care of it. Unfortunately, because of Voweek’s inability to send me filters, I lo longer have a working vacuum. The right thing to do would be to replace this machine with a new one, and acknowledge that the machine is not working through no fault of my own, but so far, they don’t seem to care.

Aside from the battery issue, Im very happy with my purchase! This vacuum its very easy to handle and light weight. I would totally recommend it !

Very convenient and lightweight. Surprisingly well designed for the price point. The power is adequate - not a surprising amount of power for its size, but it doesnt disappoint. The filter catches the finest particles and is super easy to empty. I have only had it for a couple of weeks, so I dont know how long it will last, but its good so far.

Bought this due to ratings. It is a good vacuum but it is no where neat the suction power of my Dyson. Works good and had ok suction. I will stick with my Dyson.

When using on higher speed battery used up quickly. Wish additional batteries available to rotate through.

This vacuum is so good for the price. Seriously the light is life changing. I’m like practically vacuuming with the lights off bc the light at the bottom completely lets me see everything it’s picking up. I have pets and this does such a good job getting all the hairs. It moves in so many ways that makes it easier to clean in all kinds of places. Comes with a holder for the wall. Seriously buy this

Easy to use came earlier that expected

I am pleased with this product. I have hard wood floor and it works great, but I do wish the suction was a little stronger. It still does the job and I am able to use the different adaptors to clean the inside of my car as well. The product is maneuverable and easy to empty after each use.

Honestly, I was just looking for something that would take up less space and work well to clean my lightweight rugs and hardwood floors in between mopping. It works perfectly, but the biggest bonus of buying this is that my boyfriend is absolutely in love with it. I haven’t had to vacuum once since it has arrived. Lol even my son is fascinated by how light weight and strong it is. Absolutely recommend, it works like a charm.

I was worried that this vacuum wouldnt be any good because it cost less than some of the other ones that are this style. Once I figured out that the top section extends another foot or so, I was even more happy with it.
