Greater than one weekThe PDFs were fuzzy and impossible to use. The quality was awful. I bought it because I thought it would be a less expensive alternative to Adobe. I ended up having to buy Adobe anyway, because this was useless and Adobe online was the same cost. Save your money, by Adobe.

> 3 dayCreating PDF files is very new to us. Yes, we read them, but we have never created one. Mainly because of the huge expense for the PDF software. Plus, we just couldnt justify the cost vs. use factor.

Greater than one weekLeads you to believe you can take a pdf or word file and convert it to an xls file. Had it for a week and cant do it. Noticed on Corel site that some versions do not have all features. I think I got ripped off if this function can not take place for what I bought. Hope I can get a refund then.

> 3 dayIf you want a format thats portable and presents documents with the same appearance across platforms, then PDF is the format to use. Since its introduction in 1993, Adobe has continued to enhance its Acrobat product to offer a tremendous suite of capabilities, allowing you to create PDFs and far more. But it comes at a price. Corels product is not meant to challenge Acrobat, but typical PC/Mac users would rarely if ever need most of Acrobats advanced features.

> 3 dayI bought this to combine parts of a book created in Open Office. I hade five or six sections that were easily combined in PDF format. I did a few other things in it and not knowing what I was doing had to fumble around a little to get the idea. Ive never worked in any other PDF converter so I dont have anything to compare too. All the reviews I saw online ranked this a second/third place program and the price was very good. It works for what I needed.

11-06-2025I bought this software to use at work to combine different types of files into a single PDF document as well as light editing. I have had no problem combining word, excel, pdf and jpg documents into a single PDF document and the interface is fairly easy to use. Note that this will work as a LIGHT editor, you cannot add new lines to a document what this does is you can basically go in and white out things in your document and type over it BUT you cannot add more lines or paragraphs. Its only good for making small corrections here or there. For my purposes (which is primarily the conversion and combination of multiple files into a single PDF) this has worked out great.

> 3 dayI have been using multiple free programs that each do one aspect of what I need. I was hoping to find a program that would do it all and more integrated than what I have been using. I doesnt do anything better than the free programs. Everything takes longer by at least 3 times. Poorly designed and not well thought out. Dont these people use the program before they package and sell it. Waste of Money.

> 3 dayIm not at all impressed with this software....compiling a pdf document from multiple pdf files is a joke. This software adds all kinds of strange marking and characters to existing pdf documents and renders them basically useless. Will probably try to get a refund for this product. Even the user interface is awkward and clunky to use.

> 3 dayI was hoping to replace acrobat with something friendlier. Well, it does one of the things Acrobat does. And it is maybe 5% friendlier at text editing. But most of what Acrobat does you can not do. I insert images and do a lot of work on PDF files. I need full control over all objects in the PDF. Very disappointing. Underwhelmed.
