That pretty much sums it up...We Own It. It lives in our computer, not in the cloud

WP is so much easier to use vs word.. and so much more user friendly.

I do a lot of personal writing, and for my needs, WordPerfect 2021 had even more than I needed. Ive used older versions before and Im pleased with the 2021 version. I just find WordPerfect much easier to use and its got that familiar feel to it which makes using it. I like the pricing and the styles it offers. Its a personal preference thing.

Im not convinced that the upgrade from WP2020 is a big deal, but the technology, user-friendliness, logic and power of WordPerfect make it so much better than the competition that it is worth it regardless. Unfortunately, most others use MSWord because it is bundled, which is a pity. They dont know what theyre missing because of WPs ability to reveal codes and structure a document without MSWords incorrect guessing of what I want. Editing is more powerful and the logic of things (where theyre located, how they work, how theyre integrated, etc.) make WP2021 the best buy.

Corel has been our mainstay for typesetting and other things because it is easy, dependable and not as complicated for our use as other more expensive document making software but I have put off installing this software and when trying to install it it wont accept the serial number

Wont load docx files which are the standard. USELESS! Cant find where to let it recognize Hebrew fonts, cant paste into it from Hebrew doc, probably because it cant read Hebrew fonts. In Word when I started to use Hebrew it just loaded the font in the background and made it a part of the software. Now I can read write edit in Hebrew and English.

Not compatible.

Hard to work with, did not live up to expectations.

I was so excited to have found a Word Perfect Office program. I had one in college and was really happy to have found this. I wasnt able to download it, so I went to Best Buy. They downloaded it for me and when I got home to turn it on, I learned this Word program is not compatible with Chromebook, which is the only computer I have. There should be a disclaimer on what can and cant be downloaded.

In the late 1980s Multimate was the first word processor I used, and WordPerfect the second. WordPerfect was light years better than Multimate. Since then I have continued to find it the best word processor; it took Microsoft until 2007 to even have a truly competitive product but, even now, it is not the equal of WordPerfect.
