Corel WordPerfect Office Home & Student 2021 | Office Suite of Word Processor, Spreadsheets & Presentation Software [PC Disc]

While mainly a Mac guy, I came into possession of a sweet Windows laptop a couple of years ago but, aside from getting familiar with the system, hadnt done much else on it. Now, with this WordPerfect suite, Ive got some actual production capability without shelling out a fortune. The entire suite loaded readily from the DVD (laptop has no optical drive, but thankfully recognized my external one), and so far all the elements run smoothly and have nice, uncomplicated (for me) interfaces.

I do a lot of personal writing, and for my needs, WordPerfect 2021 had even more than I needed. Ive used older versions before and Im pleased with the 2021 version. I just find WordPerfect much easier to use and its got that familiar feel to it which makes using it. I like the pricing and the styles it offers. Its a personal preference thing.

Over a 30 year user of WP in the legal field. If there is so something you cant get the program to do, read the book. I cant think of one thing it wont do. Had to reorder program because of computer crash and over the years I just documentation. This is great price. Slight delay in arriving but on the end of USPS and not the company.

Very versatile with much font and presentation help.

The Program has everything you might need for home, school or light office documents. Ease of use and modest price are the main reason for me getting this product. Along with prior use of Word Perfect Office.

I ordered WordPerfect even though I also have Word but I always preferred and still do prefer WordPerfect. This download has not worked well from day 1. When I open a file and start typing it immediately says Not Responding. It will start responding again within one to five minutes but if I continue to work in it I keep getting that message. Obviously cannot get anything done while this is going on. I purchased it in June of 2022 and should have already submitted a review but I kept hoping it would stop doing that. It is still doing exactly that today.

I had no problems at all installing this software on a Dell PC running Windows 10. My main interest in purchasing it was for WordPerfect word processor, although I will probably use the spreadsheet functions also. I have fond memories of WordPerfect 5.1 and the power of reveal codes, but I switched to MS Word when my office made the change. Now I am making my own decisions, and I am happy to move back to WordPerfect, especially since MS Word seems to want to make me buy their program and pay rent, too. So far the program is working just fine, and I own it. Imagine that. (And they still have reveal codes!)

I got this to use on my kids computer after needing to reload it and MS Office not cooperating and them insisting I needed to repurchase.

The software is the same as 10 years ago. No improvement. One of the few products of this kind that doesnt have an option to show the vertical ruler. On my very fast system its starting very slowly, like between 30 and 45 seconds and my printers are OK. Lots of work ahead for the developer if they want to be (again) among first 10 products in this category.

Part of my problem is that I tried to load and use it on Windows 7. I found it to be full of bugs of all sorts and finally removed it. Then, I tried to load it on my Windows 10 laptop and it wouldnt load at all. Very weird. After all is said and done, Im back to WordPerfect5 (I dont know what year that was) but its still the most stable of the WP programs I have used.
