Its an orange flavor but a little oily tasting.

I have been looking for omega 3 that whole family can take. I have finally found it with this product. I have 3 children ranging from middle school to high school. They all seem to like the taste.

I use this in place of those fishy omega vitamins. These packets taste like an orange cream pop and I can easily take without mixing it in a smoothie. I highly recommend it!
