I use this in place of those fishy omega vitamins. These packets taste like an orange cream pop and I can easily take without mixing it in a smoothie. I highly recommend it!

I didn’t want to add more supplement pills to my regimen so I decided to try this. It tastes like a tart orangesicle, which I personally like. So far I’ve had it by itself, mixed it in some yogurt, and put it in a smoothie. I was pleasantly surprised by this product.

I keep these in my bag for when I am out and about or on a road trip because they do not need to be refrigerated like my bottle of fish oil at home. Taste is fine if you like something similar to Tang.
