The quality is always top notch, and Ive never had a single one fail or arrive with issues. Fully modular is the way to go to keep everything as neat and tidy and clean looking as possible, though you do pay a little more for that option, its worth it to not clutter your case with excess cabling that will hinder your ideal airflow path.
