Didnt work at first because I didnt push it in all the way. I was trying to be delicate but with ram sticks you just gotta smush it in there until it clicks! Once I heard that satisfying click I powered up the PC and booted her up!! Ive uploaded a picture showing 20gb of ram. So Ive got 8GB-8GB-4GB. I couldnt fit my other 4GB stick in there or else it would read 24GB of ram, maybe in the future lol. Anyways, happy with the purchase and happy they worked.

It works great for the Asus Sabertooth X79 mother board.

Halten, was sie versprechen. Leicht einzubauen, einfach die alten raus und die neune reingesteckt und mit der Klammer befestigt. PC läuft jetzt auch bei hoch auflösenden Spielen ohne Ruckeln. Empfehlenswert!

I needed to double my RAM, and after some research decided on this option.

Im reviewing this because after some googleing, I can not find anyone who has overclocked these and posted results.

Installed them easily onto my Biostar Hi-Fi B85S3+ motherboard with no problems. Dont forget to set speed in your BIOS settings since they default to 1300 Mhz. I set mine to MB capacity of 1600 Mhz. No problems yet and my new rig is working just fine. Havent done any benchmark testing but I do work with Blender 3D and high-poly renders and animations. Im satisfied. They look pretty cool too.

This is a limitation of a 32-bit operating system. In Windows, the Windows memory manager is limited to a 4 GB physical address space. Most of that address space is filled with RAM, but not all of it. Memory-mapped devices (such as your video card) will use some of that physical address space, as will the BIOS ROMs. After all the non-memory devices have had their say, there will be less than 4GB of address space available for RAM below the 4GB physical address boundary. MacOS X Tiger and Leopard are both 64-bit operating systems and will not experience this problem. Neither will 64-bit versions of Windows XP or Vista or Windows 7.
