I got the product on time. And the box was tightly sealed, which was a relief for me, because my previous purchase of the RAM was of lower speed than advertised. When I booted up with the new RAM module the computer showed 2667 MHz and I was really happy.

Got this double kit for my 2012 non-Retina MacBook Pro. Works flawlessly. If Apple were offering 16GB memory option in their laptops, I wouldve saved at least $100. But this much memory, heavily overpriced, is available as an option on the Retina MBP only (where just anything is non-replaceable/ non-upgradeable). This kit is an inexpensive and efficient way to boost up your laptop.

I used to have 16gb of RAM, which is good, but I needed more for was I was doing. I usually get around 10-30% usage when I have my browser open, and will be higher, with other task running. With this upgrade I will be able to do more multitask intensive projects such as editing and animations.

I ordered 3000 or 3200 and what I got was 2667. Im disappointed but not that angry because hey atleast I got my 2x8 ram.

My MacBook Pro wouldnt even boot using these chip sets. Maybe Im an anomaly, but whatever. Total junk and a waste of my time and money. An Amazon is dropping the ball too. Returned the item in the box they shipped it in. Tried using the Locker service. Get there and the locker was too small to fit THEIR box. Idiots! Wasted 2hours of my life simply to return a defective item. Complained and got a whopping $3 gift card. Yeah, Im worth $3...
