Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz C15 Desktop Memory Kit - Black (CMK16GX4M2B3000C15)

Corsair is a personal favorite brand of mine as Ive always had great experiences with their liquid cooling solutions and memory. The Vengeance LPX DDR4 RAM is an excellent product line that fit perfectly on my MSi Z170A Gaming Pro ATX motherboard and subsequently read in my BIOS. Though it was set to 2133 as this is the default speed for the Z170 boards but can easily be set to 2666 by setting an XMP (Extreme memory profile), however I did not as my CPU (Core i5 6600k) is already overclocked and you cannot run both simultaneously as it would be counterproductive.

Great price, Corsair quality, good speeds, DDR4 and low profile. Put these in a mini itx build and never looked back. I needed some low profile black ram for a z170 mini itx build and these hit the spot. Plug and play, no issues, booted up fine, really pleased. Corsair has never let me down when it comes to memory. This RAM does what its supposed to and is exactly what I expected.

It is obvious now that Amazon review process is flawed. The two different orders for Corsair memory with different timings and speeds are somehow linked together. I guess it considers that the orders are for the same product. They are not. When I correct the review for the good memory, it gets copied over to the bad memory. When I correct the review for the bad memory, it gets copied over to the good memory.
