Definitely protect, and covers the edges. I was really looking for a more Otterbox style, but this has been surprisingly pleasing for the 6 year old user!

This case was a complete waste of money! I purchased it for my sons new PS Vita thinking that it would fit. I was so wrong! The description doesnt list anything about which Vita this case ACTUALLY fits. My son is disappointed and so am I. It looks better in the garbage can than it did when I tried to force the case to fit :-/

NOT BAD

Worked fine but made it difficult to push certain buttons like the power button and made it impossible to change game cards

I got the plastic case, which is not bad, it protrudes from the screen, which helps protects the screen, which is good but no as good as I though it would be, I would try the silicon case

This is awesome, I had the rubber one before, but this is better and is more comfortable. I would highly recommend this product.

The thing didnt fit

Ive dropped my Vita plenty of times on concrete and it is still undamaged thanks to this casing.
