An amazing product! These beauties came in way ahead of schedule, very nicely packaged, and with gifts! Not only did I get an adorable luggage set, I got sticker sheets and some little dirty clothes bags from the seller. I love these little suitcases, though buyer be warned they’re a little on the smaller side (luckily perfect for me!). The locks are easy to set and they’re perfect for carry-on sizing, which is great when you want to avoid those nasty check luggage fees. Unfortunately the luggage tags pictures do not come with but they do throw in a small cheap one that looks sturdy enough if you don’t want to spend any extra on your own. Overall, I love my new set and the goodies I got with it! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!

it was perfect and beautiful

I recently took a trip to CA from Oklahoma and had to check in the 20 suitcase both ways. I was hesitant about letting it go through checked luggage, so I made sure to cover it with the included plastic luggage cover and it didnt suffer any damage! The luggage set is well made and I received so many compliments, including a few from the TSA agents during check-in. I wish it came in the 26 size, because I would purchase that also. Love this luggage set and will be looking to buy another set for my birthday.

My mom bought me this luggage set as a gift and I am in love! Im not sure why other reviews complained about durability, the bag itself is very sturdy and even comes with a clear plastic case that you can place over it if you’re required to check it on a flight see photos). Even the interior of the bag is beautiful! Highly recommend!

Bought to stand out on our upcoming trip and it does just that. In a sea of black roller bags there is this beautiful grey trunk that looks like something from the 20s.

I purchased this luggage set for my Paris and London trip with my girlfriends. What a nightmare it has been during my trip. The lock on the small train case stopped working on the third try where I had my passport and valuable jewelries stored. My friends and I spent over 2 hours watching the YouTube videos, trying every possible combination numbers without any luck. I also tried reaching out to the Amazon customer service for help which was referred back to the seller who couldnt be reached in a timely manner. I finally had to have the hotel concierge staff force open the lock in order to get my passport out for my next day flight to Paris, no longer making this train case usable. I had to put this inside my check-in bag for the rest of my trip as the lock wouldnt close. The buttons on the carry on case also refused to snap close every time I went through the security check where I had to open it to get my lap top and liquid pouch out and each I had to open it to get my other belongings out during my travel. Due to the snap refusing to close each time, I had to carry the luggage with the straps hanging loose. One of the metal screws also came undone during the trip. The luggage was pretty to look at but extremely frustrating to deal with these issues, wasting so much of my valuable times while traveling. While the quality of the case seem decent, the straps were not as they were not made of leather. This may be a decent luggage set for a teenage or little girl who uses for an overnight get together to a friends house but would not recommend for the regular traveling.
