CRAFTSMAN V20 Work Light, Tool Only (CMCL060B)

Since I just got the Drill/Impact set and a couple larger batteries, I was hoping the light would be like the Dewalt Ive had for 10 years. The three LEDs spread light in a fuzzy kind of way. It would be OK for lighting a room when the power is out, but not for trying to see something at night at a distance. Frankly, my Olight under barrel light is significantly brighter and lasts nearly as long, and charges from a USB on my PC. Yes, it was 3 times the price. But one would think that a bigger light with a vastly larger battery would be much brighter. Craftsman, PLEASE revisit this flashlight.

This is a perfect task light. Great battery life on the Craftsman v20 platform especially with Craftsman batteries. The light however emitted is more blue and broken yellow thus it being a task light more than being a work light. The light head rotates up and down in a straight line 110* so perfect for lighting up areas hands free. Also the v20 battery provides excellent counter balance to hold upright. These lights are great on battery life between charges and the price you can easily own several. I have already found multiple uses so that warranted purchasing others. It’s a light you can count on.

Definitely wayyyy better than the 19.2v craftsman flashlight. A well worth upgrade to now 20v, works better, higher lumens, more adjustability.

Great bright light. For a good 7 hours during a black out it did not fade. Highly recommended.

It is great when I am doing electrical work in a dark room or a basement with no windows. I love craftsman and have been using them since I was a kid. Great lifesaver and works with the v20 batteries. Remember to charge your batteries on the weekends!

Good second battery. Pricy.

What a handy light source this is! My work light is probably one of my most used tools. I haven’t yet come across a situation that I needed light and wasn’t able to use this. The adjustable head makes it really convenient in tight places. I once used my light for the better part of 8 hours on a 2AH battery and the battery was still showing full capacity at the end of the day.
