This thing is sooooo much better than using a towel. It holds the fabric evenly and is smooth. The surface below it gets a little warm but nothing to be alarmed about.

Product is what a school assignment is when you are trying to pass a sewing class. Not for the Advanced that requires a firm standard guide to working with. A real guide is sustainable, top-rated materials. Again, Not for the advanced . This is for ppl that want to get by. I cannot see any effort in the brand to maximize any potential lasting performance. Overall a 1-Star IMO (Clean & generic pkg)
