Love the precise cuts with thus blade. I had to make a name plaque. I had the Cricut Make cut chip board 4 times. Then I glued them all together, painted it it. It looked amazing. Looked like it was made out of wood. And the details of the font I used was very precise.

This Cricut brand knife blade did not cut all the way through even with 24 passes. That was over 30 minutes of my time wasted! This is ridiculous! I used the correct material as well as the correct setting. I used chipboard 2mm or a little less (thinner). So now I’m sitting here stuck cutting the remaining stuff away. I will try this on the wood Cricut recommended and I will give this another try on chipboard, but if it doesn’t work I am returning this blade! It would be deemed trash, unusable, useless…

I like my Cricut but their blades don’t last long. I don’t use my machine very often and was disappointed that I had to change my blades so often

I read all of the reviews about it not recognizing the knife blade. I thought Id give it a try anyway and purchased it. On first attempt, it wouldnt recognize it. I looked up troubleshooting steps, cleaned the shiny reflective ring on the knife itself, cleaned the sensor on the cricut machine, uninstalled/reinstalled cricut design space. Nothing changed. I will be returning this, and caution anyone looking into buying it against doing so. Dont waste your time.
