Crucial BX500 1TB 3D NAND SATA 2.5-Inch Internal SSD, up to 540MB/s - CT1000BX500SSD1

I have attached screenshots of the CrystalDiskMark benchmarks. This is a review for the BX500 240GB variant. Have labelled the screenshots so that you can tell which one is from the enclosure and the laptop. The enclosure used was the Transparent Orico SATA to USB enclosure that supports UASP. Tested in the enclosure first just to be sure that the SSD was functioning before I put it in the laptop. I had doubts as the SSD box was bent and the SSD was curved as there wasnt any protective packaging. Fortunately it was working fine.

I bought this SSD as a download cache. Its main purpose will be handling large writes and transferring data to my HDD. I read some reviews about heavy throttling and wanted to share my experience.

Not saying I am lucky but I bought this product on sale $27.99, and it was delivered and received much faster that was expected. Havent even used it yet but Im sure its fine (EVEN though the deliverer put it right in front/under my door and I stepped on it) Looks new in a blister pack inside the display box. If you look at the ratings of SSDs for use with a Raspberry Pi, youll see this Crucial BX500 is one of the fastest for writing/reading.

I have it three stars because I purchased a 1TB ssd. What I received was a 1000 GB SSD. Like the last 24 gigs just fell off the earth. Unless some new thing was found literally today, bytes increment in sets of 1024

Fixed my hard drive errors

Questo SSD si presta bene per ogni utilizzo domestico e da ufficio, e rappresenta un ottima soluzione economica per velocizzare il proprio pc, che sia desktop(con opportuno adattatore) o portatile. Le prestazioni sono tutto sommato buone per la fascia di prezzo con cui collocato e il marchio è affidabile. Questo infatti è il quarto hard disk Crucial che ho comprato. I primi due SSD sono stati acquistati nella versione MX500 (500GB della serie più performante) e sono stati installati in un ASUS Ultrabook U36SD e in un MAC BookPro mid 2012. Dopo aver testato laffidabilità del marchio mi sono deciso ad acquistare questi altri 2 Crucial BX500 per linstallazione su due portatili destinati ad uso domestico. La difficoltà dinstallazione dipende molto dal modello di portatile in questione ma in molte volte linstallazione si rivela semplice e veloce.

Instalado en Dell Inspiron 5521 (2013) para reemplazar el HDD original que traía.

El producto es nuevo y en su empaque original. Si tienes un dispositivo lento es una excelente opción para darle vitalidad y mejor rendimiento. Fácil de instalar, no importa si tienes conocimientos básicos o experiencia previa

Jai acheté sous les conseils dun ami . Il ma aidé à linstaller par visioconférence . Par contre nous avons du télécharger Windows sur une clef usb pour pouvoir BIEN installer ce SSD correctement . Maintenant je vois une grande différence de lefficacité de mon vieux PC dont je ne me servais plus depuis un an car il était trop lent . Jai pu réinstaller des jeux , des photos et cétait le but de la manœuvre . Je suis contente et satisfaite de mon achat !
