Crucial BX500 2TB 3D NAND SATA 2.5-Inch Internal SSD, up to 540MB/s - CT2000BX500SSD1Z

Needed a new drive for laptop as my old one died one, was gonna just get a standard ide 2.5 hard drive but SSDs are crazy cheap now. Bought the 480 SSD and have noticed huge improvements overall. Its only been a few days but quite happy with it so far.

Very pleased with this. I bought this to put in an old Gateway laptop with a SATA-1 interface hoping to speed it up. I did not see any notable difference between this and the SSHD (hybrid) drive I had in it. I then tried this in my Lenovo E520 and it was a great improvement! Getting to the sign in screen went from about a minute to 10 seconds just cloning the drive. CrystalDiskMark gave very good numbers for this for a budget drive. And really people, if you buy this to upgrade your computer do you think the 0s and 1s just jump one from drive to the other? NO! You need a SATA to USB cable. Theyre cheap. Order one and you will probably use it many times. A lot of people buy these and just do a fresh install of whatever OS they are running so they dont need a cable to copy the old drive thus, one is not included with the drive. Buy this, I think youll be happy with it especially for the money!

Tout est dans le titre. A suivre dans le temps mais bluffant pour le poid car on penserait que le disque est vide. Cela fait comme une grande carte bancaire de plastique vide mais il y a bien quelque chose dedans et qui fonctionne parfaitement bien.

Habe jetzt schon die zweite Platte dieser Art in einem ursprünglich unerträglich langsamen Laptop eingebaut. Der Unterschied ist extrem krass!

Fast start up and generally performing better. Straight forward installation following Crucial instructions and free clone software.

Does the job, ok to install for someone that knows what there doing. Decent speed and memory.

Avendo un Dell di 10 anni circa ero indeciso se cambiarlo o updatarlo. da un amico ho rimediato una ra da 8 gb (colpo di fortuna). ho cambiato la tastiera (15€) mi restava lhard-disk, il più importante. Dopo consulto con amici più esperti del settore la scelta si è ridotta al Crucial e a Samsung. Per motivi di prezzo ho deciso di acquistare i Crucial pur sapendo che la qualità era comunque molto buona. Beh la scelta (per ora) è stata appropiata. Il pc non solo è rinato ma anche migliorato. Con altri 40€ ho riacquistato un pc performante, chiaramente per le mie esigenze.

Ha fatto rinascere un pc che stava cedendo sotto i colpi di Windows e dei suoi aggiornamenti
