Like this tea but one of the boxes were smashed in.

I used this product for relaxationon a cold day.

The tea taste fresher than it does when I buy it from the store.i am very satisfied with the product and being able to have it delivered, considering I am have health problems. I suffer from having trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, and falling back to sleep once Ive woken up (i guess thats insomnia haha). I cant remember the last time I actually had a good nights rest and slept throught the night. I refuse to take sleeping pills because I like to be as natural as possible. I have occasionally taken melatonin and it does help me from waking up so many times throughout the night. However, I have been drinking this tea for the past few nights and havent woken up once. Its almost shocking!! I wouldnt say this made me sleepy per say, but it definitely helps me rest better. Nothing beats a good nights sleep!! YAY!!!
