The tea taste fresher than it does when I buy it from the store.i am very satisfied with the product and being able to have it delivered, considering I am have health problems. Mild tea--the chamomile and spearmint combine nicely. It doesnt seem to hasten my sleep much, but all that means is I can drink it all day! And I do.
