That should read 4800 MT/s not 4800 MHz.

Bought the laptop a month ago fully intended to upgrade the RAM from 16GB to 32GB. But research on AMDs product page indicated the CPU could support up to 64GB. Lenovos support page said max of 32GB.

I ordered 2 sticks of 16gb ram for my brand new MSI GE67hx. Unfortunately neither stick worked for me. I’m not sure the odds of getting two defective sticks but I’m exchanging them for replacement sticks of the same ones. Once I try them I’ll update this review if they work. I have no idea why they wouldn’t work as customer service replied to someone with the same laptop and said they were compatible. I’ll cross my fingers for the new sticks otherwise I’m not sure what brand I’ll use.
