Ive got two distinct perspectives about this luggage:

Loved it until the handle broke after two trips with proper use. Ugh!

I love DELSEY brand as they have very high quality and chic luggages. I have different set from this brand and absolutely love them so I was excited to see this new collection. I ordered this carry on bag and it came in a very nice packaging without any damages. The bag is very chic and super sturdy so you don’t need to worry about any problems or damages during the travel as they would last years easily. The quality is very high and the price is worth it.

Easily dented , marks don’t go away.

I look for wheels that roll and work. They are durable. Have owned this luggage for years. My first one lasted 29 years at least

The way this luggage is made is - Delsey logo is attached on the side with metal which is exposed to lining and the lining has cut open from it.

Purchased a 3 piece set of this luggage and on the first use, I discovered the TSA lock does not remain locked on the 24” case. When I contacted Delsey about this OBVIOUS defective product, they told me that 1.) I had to pay to ship it to one of their authorized repair shops, which I found would run between $30-$50. Then, I have to pay the repair shop an additional $15 “processing fee” to have them look at it to determine if they will covered it under the warranty. What kind of crap is that?!?!? Your product, is found defective on the first use and the customer has to shell out 25% of the purchase price for the luggage just to see if you’ll cover it under warranty?!?!?
