> 24 hourMy only advice is to check them daily if you have a lot of humidity. I failed to do this and the crystals were lost within the water drawn from the air. These are a tremendous help for us basement dwellers. I opted for No Scent because I defuse 100% pure essential oils into the air to ward off uninvited guests from the boiler room, and it works.

> 24 hourI bought one of those fancy automatic trash cans for the kitchen that you wave your hand over to open (no touching gross can!) The problem was since its closed all the time and some garbage is wet, the inside of the lid had a lot of condensation on it. Every time I opened the top, water dripped all over and...eew. just EEW! I bought the refill packs and taped one to the inside of the trash can with packing tape! Haha! It totally solved my drippy can lid issue! Will definitely repurchase when I run out.

> 24 hourWe had a dampness and rust problem with our wood stove during the Summer. The wood stove was cold from air conditioning, while the outside was hot and humid. This caused the hot, humid air to enter the wood stove, condense, and then trigger rust. I placed a refill in a shallow pan which I then put at the bottom of the wood stove. The refill absorbed all of the humidity and thwarted the rust problem.

> 24 hourA great product for damp areas, like the laundry room! This product will suck out the moisture in the air and deposit it into the well receptacle in the bottom of the unit. There are a couple of sizes available to purchase, and even one that hangs like a hangar. One issue is the unit will sometimes get clogged from the product over time, restricting the flow of captured water to the collection well. If this happens, rinse off the whole unit with hot water until the product has been washed away.

> 24 hourLove that it has no scent so it doesn’t try to overpower the deodorizer sprays I use for smell. I use it in the basement bc we have a moisture issue that I can’t get fixed quite yet. Two packs last at least 2 months to help

> 24 hourWe have always used DAmpRid through out our house. We have the older style packet containers and its getting tougher to find the packets for them. We always buy the unscented flavor and the Amazon price is the same or better than Bed Bath & Beyond.

> 24 hourI bought this as my first refill after mistakenly opening the package that came with my Damprid FG91 container. I thought you ripped the packet open and poured the desicant in like you do with the damprid buckets. Once I placed this packet in, it was only a few days before the water level was noticeable. It filled up fairly quickly, which is a good thing. However, its winter now, so the humidity is down and I cannot report on how well this product performs in high humidity yet. For example, the meter says 31% humidity now, but Its been up in the 80% range in the summer . Id like to see how this packet performs then...when I really need it.
