Dont ask me to explain *how* it works, but it definitely works. This one is already filling up and its only been up for like 2 weeks. I live in Georgia where it is very humid, and I like to take a lot of showers, so these things were made for me! This is the second set Ive had.

After receiving unusally high amounts of rain for our area for nearly a week, coupled with our normal high, triple-digit heat, the humidity inside and outside our house was unbearable and the hunt began for something to reduce the indoor humidity without using an electric dehumdifier (which ran our electricity bill up by almost $200/month when we used it about 4 years ago). These worked like a charm, within 24 hours of hanging them around the house, there was water collecting in the bottom part of the bags. I read alot of comments complaining about the scent, mine did not put off a strong odor, I wouldnt call it a fresh scent but it wasnt strong and the plug-ins covered it up well. Have used the product for years, pulls the moisture out of the air, really like it for closets and basements , but use it thru out the house as I live in a damp area

you just have to hang them up and they absorb water out of the air and then the drop the water into the powder part and it makes a solid and when it gets full you just get rid of it and put a new one up works great and I would repurchase again if needed and I would recommend them to my friends & family and it leaves a pleasant smell instead of the musty smell

As you can see by the pictures this product works. No doubt about it. I was having an issue in my guest bedrooms with a musty odor. My mom said I needed to find something that could take the moisture out. Checking online I found this product. I hung it up as directed and within a couple of days it was obvious it was working. So impressed with how it draws the moisture out of the room and into the bag. An affordable option to make sure that your rooms are protected and smell their best.

I have only had these bags for 3 weeks. We live in Louisiana and it is very humid and musty in this state. Especially with hurricane season. It used to drive me nuts that my clothes would smell musty. I bought these for my closet, but it came in a 3 pack. I decided to put 1 in my closet, 1 in my husbands gym room and 1 in my car. The amount of water these collected was crazy! Pics attached are the 1 from my closet and his gym. the fact that these rooms no longer smelled musty was amazing!!!! My car one fell off the hanger but still obsorbed water. These will now be a staple in our home and I plan to get them for each room of the house.

Simple, it does what it claims to do. Collects the moisture and takes away the mildew smells. Worth it..

Damprid is one of those essential products you have to have for storing clothes. It works excellent we have tried cheaper alternatives and they have not worked. We love Damprid.

I have to admit I was skeptical about whether these would work or not. Hung it in the closet and went back to check a couple of days later and there was water in the pouch. I use them all the time now and it makes all the difference. I would highly recommend these.
